With focus on efficiency and excellence, Suhaimi has led the operations team from inception to deliver the best return on investment for client. He has held both technical and executive roles with major mining companies. He brings to the team strong commercial, project management, governance and general management skills achieved through a diverse range of roles.
Mining professional with over 17 years' experience with open pit mining operations. Technical and project engineer experience of large mine engineering, geotechnical, survey and geological teams with proven results with attraction, retention and delivery of results. Business evaluation, risk management and project feasibility with all phases as part of study teams on multiple commodity types and Internal peer review teams.
He expertise more than 10 years' across sector including open pit mining, open cut and process engineering operations. Having worked in site-based leadership roles on major mines. he brings to the team a depth of hands-on experience and is highly respected for his experience across all areas in open pit mining operations.
Direct the mining operation overall day to day, performance, co-ordination, management and maintenance of the designated mine/project to assist in obtaining maximum productivity, efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation upholding all aspects of compliance and standards and adhering to budget and other applicable criteria.
